Mr White was friendly, courteous and listened well to me. His examination of my shoulder was thorough, gentle and informative throughout. As a patient in constant pain I did feel that Mr White understood my situation and was responsive to this. His diagnosis was explained well to me with my options made clear. I left feeling that I knew exactly what could be, finances permitting, my best course of action. My only small criticism is that I received a copy of Mr White’s letter to my GP almost a fortnight after my consultation with him. It would have been more helpful to have received it sooner to aid further my discussion with my GP. However, this is an oversight to do with admin, not a reflection on Mr White’s medical care, which was excellent.

Following onto very clear explanation of diagnosis, treatment options and likely outcome. Mr White was inclusive in determining treatment decisions that would have the best outcome for me. I am very confident in Mr White's care.

Mr. Andrew White communicated well and explained what he was attempting to achieve before and after my operation. Being shown pictures of the inside of my shoulder was a revelation! I am very happy about the way I was treated.
